Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number and full details of the order. At this time we will contact you to make arrangements to receive your artwork. We need this in order to get started on the Virtual Sample.

Our design team puts together a Virtual Sample. This generally requires 1 business day. If the artwork is more complicated with colors and design, it may require two business days.

We can offer you a free sample of most of the products we carry on our site. We pay the shipping for these items.
Samples can be acquired by calling one of our customer service representatives. At that time you we will ask you a few questions before we ship the sample. Once you are approved for the Free Sample we will immediately begin implementation and get it out to you as quickly as possible. We understand that time is important and do not want you waiting for a sample.
As we build our customer relationship with you, as a regular customer of Accent Marketing, you will no longer need to be pre-approved for free samples. This initial screening is done for our protection, to avoid sending non-needed free samples. We want to make sure that you are taken care of and that the free sample program is not abused and ruined for those who truly benefit from it as it is intended.
Once we get the proper artwork from you, we begin putting together an online proof for your approval. The online proof will give you a better understanding of what your product will look like with the logo and artwork. This process is speedier than mailing a sample. Once we receive your artwork, our design team works on the proof to get it back to you as soon as possible.
A sample is nice, but you still do not really have a good idea what the completed project will look like until you see a visual of your product with the logo on it. This is why the online proof is so important.
From what we have learned over the years is that most of our customers prefer to skip the sample and solely rely upon the online proof. It gives them a much clearer idea of what the product will look like.
In certain cases you might want to see what the actual completed project will look like. If this is the case, we can do this. You will be responsible for a small charge for the service to set up the sample.
The product and additional work to have your logo imprinted on the product will determine the cost. Before the pre-production sample is made we will be sure to contact you with an exact price. Please contact us if you are interested in having a pre-production sample done for you.
If a pre-production sample is made, we will subtract any set-up fees applied if an order is placed. We assure you that you will not pay any set-up fee twice.
A minimum order size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you need a lower quantity than listed on the product page, please contact us. A customer support specialist will assist you and find out if that specific product is available at a lesser quantity than listed.
Please be aware that a higher charge per item will most likely occur due to the smaller quantity.
If you are ordering a small quantity of products that need to be customized, the same minimum order size rules apply. Be aware that customizing fees may also be higher on smaller orders. In some cases we have found out that it cost as much to order the more quantity vs. ordering an exact number you requested below the minimum allowed.
For example, a customer wanted to order 72 hats. The best pricing is available at a quantity of 144. The price was the same to order 144 and it would be to order 72. The reason is because most vendors in the industry prefer to build orders at set quantities determined by them. Since it varies from vendor to vendor you will have to contact us to get exact quotes on smaller customized orders.
All of our products can be ordered without artwork or logo. If this is the case we can possibly get you better pricing depending on the quantity. Please and we will be more than happy to help you out.
If you have time for your order to arrive, we have overseas sourcing options with a number of merchandisers. This is a nice way to save money by planning ahead.
Depending on the product, we can get a lower price on each individual item that is larger in quantity. For an order to be considered to be of large quantity, it has to be larger than the listed quantity available posted on the product page.
We are able to do this through sourcing the product from overseas. In some cases the return time is longer, but it will depend entirely on the order size and product. For the easiest way to get the best explanation of how this works including the cost and time involved, contact our customer support team and they will be more than happy to help you.
In some cases depending on the manufacturer and quantity of the order there is a risk of Over and Under runs. This occurs because some manufacturers do not build to the exact number of what is ordered.
We do not find out about this until we receive our invoice, or when the customer lets us know that it has happened. The industry standard for most products is plus or minus 5%.
For example, if you order 100 items, there is a possibility that you could receive 105 or 95 items. Unfortunately, this is in the nature of the industry, and it does happen from time to time.
We do our best to make sure that you do receive the exact number ordered. Please understand you will only be charged for the number of products received, but if you receive more, we will correspondingly charge you for the additional products. Everyone in this business handles it the same way and I think we all can agree that this is fair.
