The following is a complete question-and-answer guide to the basics of what we can and cannot do with artwork.

What is the easiest way to send artwork?

Send artwork created with Adobe Illustrator™ in an EPS (Encapsulated PostScript™) format. All image applications, such as Adobe Illustrator™ generates EPS files.  Bitmap files — .bmp, .jpg or .tif — are also acceptable. If you have questions about file formatting, contact us.

What if I do not have artwork for the image or logo I am trying to brand on a product?

No problem! You do not need artwork, an image or a company logo to work with us. We have been in the industry for long enough that we are able to do anything and everything you need to make sure you get the product to look exactly how you want them.

Over the years we have worked with a number of clients who have approached us with an idea. We start with the idea and work with the client to create artwork that can be branded on any item. You will see a virtual sample of the logo that is produced. Once both parties come to an agreement on a logo we starting moving forward with your order.

What if I have no way of sending you an electronic file with an example of our artwork?

If you do not have a way to get your logo or image to us electronically, we are flexible — sketch, take a picture, fax, or call us and describe it over the phone. We can work with what you have to get you the product you want. Let us do the work. As industry experts we make it easy for you. We are sure you will be surprised by what we can do with some of the simplest forms of artwork our customers provide.

Do you accept Camera-Ready artwork?

Yes. A Camera-Ready image (or artwork) is artwork that's ready for the camera that captures the dots and density of your artwork and then translates it into a screen template determined by the imprinting method you are using.

If you have a Camera-Ready image, we can use it to create the image or logo you need on your product. A Camera-Ready image needs to be laser printed in black and white and 1200 dpi’s or higher. The following is a list of non-acceptable Camera-Ready images.

We do NOT accept the following Camera-Ready images:

  • photographs
  • slides
  • transparencies
  • negatives Stats or Films that need to be reversed
  • halftone Art that needs to be resized
  • low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200

  • letterhead
  • business cards
  • web/images or any other art that needs to be touched-up
  • color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved
  • stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above

HOWEVER, as stated above, if the only artwork you have is mentioned above we can work with you on getting artwork that will work.
